What is this cricket/ spidery insect looking thing in my house?

So I just squished this weird looking insect. it looks likes a spider but it jumps like a cricket and my mom keeps telling me they're mold crickets or whatever but I googled it and it does not look like what I found. It's freaking me out because I've found quite of few. My house is old and when I first moved into it, it did have mold in it, but it's really scaring me. Can someone please tell me what it is and a link to read up about it.

from your description, this is likely a camel cricket(cave cricket etc.)
They are quite harmless, but a pest in numbers.
(a bit hard to catch by hand, but I used to play with these as a kid)
