I have been searching online for the technical name for this part. I will try and describe it.
I know what it is,but can not get a name for it. It is the silver around the rear liftgate door handle on a newer Chrysler Town & Country. It is silver about 2 foot wide and has the "Chrysler wings" emblem covering most of it. The handle mechanism is attached along with a couple of flood lights w/ wire harnesses. This is the part that you put your hand under to open the rear hatch.
Thank you in advance if someone helps me
I found a bunch of these in a bin at work. Chrysler shipped them back accidentally and my boss gave them to me instead of tossing them.
Here is an image I found. The thing is right above the license plate.
