what is this chinese style of cooking eggs called?

i want to say its like a steamed egg but i dont think it is. i want to know the name so i can look up how to cook it. ive only ever had it at my chinese friends house. its just another way of cooking eggs where they come out to a consistency thats very soft but jiggly like jello (not firm at all). i think i remember them being taken out of the oven. help???
