I think it was french but I'm not sure because it was dubbed and it was noisy.It kinda of reminded me of Flapjack,perhaps of its style.It was pirate-themed.A guy with green skin and beard and burping with flames telling that he has a stomach ache and another guy who was a skeleton with a yellow skull and a white wig .
