I don't remember much about it, it was something about people who eat pollution or something. They get really bored easily, i think the main character thinks his mother's boyfriend is one of them. I remember something about them putting their mouths on the exhausts of cars. Sorry for giving hardly any details, it was years ago when I read it and i don't think I finished it. Thanks in advance.
