What is the worst NBA Draft year Ever?

I want to know what draft has the most unsuccesful players ever I know the best its probally 84 or 03 for me its 00 the best guy there is redd and now redd is so slow and doesn't give it all he's got
hey nobody can answer drafts from 51 to 55 cause it was kinda like the point shaving ere and in 52 there were no allstars at all or even all nba teams

Mike Miller and Jamal Crawford are the 2nd and 3rd best player in the draft.
A lot of bad player early in the draft: Swift-2, Fizer-4, DerMarr Johnson-6, Mihm-7, Moiso-11, Etan Thomas-12, Courtney Alexander-13
