I want to make a boot screen, but I forgot the address of this site. It allows you to upload a picture, then through some "magic" strips the thousands of colors an image has and uses only the 16 colors to make an uncanny representation of that image.
Anyone who makes boot screen is only allowed to have 16 colors, but this process uses those 16 colors and pixel by pixel can re-make the image using only those 16 colors.
I am looking for the website that does this, not a download, please
