What is the vacation policy for the University of Phoenix employees?

I'm job hunting right now, and have heard great things about the Apollo Groups (owner of University of Phoenix) business practices. I want to apply for a job, but I've already got a two week vacation to Africa booked for next year. Does anyone know what their vacation policy is?
 
Considering the way University of Phoniex is a scam in itself, I highly doubt that Apollo Groups has good business practices. If you are just starting a new job do you really expect to be able to take an extended period of time off. Most places do not even give paid vacation for a first year employee.
