Almost any kind, really. Most employers ask for a degree in a science for their entry level engineers. They don't really care what kind. When I started with a large electrical/industrial company, we were doing nuclear plant service, but a lot of the engineers were ME, EE, and even Aggies! I was the only one with nuclear training (US Navy).
