i am doing a school project, and it would be great to know because someone on the internet said that in the UK all cats are considered wild, and not owned, but i wanted to find a source to back this up. If anyone knows weather this is true, i would be very grateful. Otherwise it would also be good to know about the same law in other countries? thank you

No...

That's rubbish.

Cats in the UK are almost 90% domestic and owned. There's like 10% wild cats- either strays or natural wild. There's no law that states cats in the UK are wild, as this would mean there would be various protection laws and even HUNTING laws.
