What is the type of front hood on a Ford GT/GT40 called?

What's the name of the front hood scoop on a Ford GT? Just without the line through the center.
I know that kind of hood is designed for mid engined cars' radiators, and I want to ditch the lame camaro scoop on my Fiero the previous owner installed with one like the Ford GT's.

My question: Whats the name of that kind of hood scoop?

e.g.: The hood scoop on a boss Mustang is sometimes referred to as a "shaker" style scoop.
 
Why would you put a ford hood scoop on a fiero? That makes no sense.
