In the 90s there was a lot of happy hardcore and trance/dance music on the scene. If you could cast your mind back and dig out memories, you may just be able to help with this one.
The only clue I have of this amazing track are the occasional words "We're all here together". This is a mans voice which comes in now and again. It has a very slight echo as he says it loudly. There might be more to the lyrics than just that but I'm afraid that's all I have to go on. Any help appreciated.
