What is the tuition/program cost for New Castle School of trade?

I was considering applying to New Castle School of trade for the Electrical technology program but they said they will not give you the tuition/program cost for their program over the phone. Said you had to apply and they would let you work it out with financial aid. I don't want to go through the whole process if its going to be too much money for me to go. Does anyone know the cost for the program? Thanks
