What is the Tudor England era's main trends and how do they relate to each other?

Trends include: dynastic, state building, religious reformation, and expansion/empire. Relate events from one category to another. I'm trying to put together/simplify (if possible) these themes to introduce them to my World Studies class. I already have a fairly comprehensive understanding, but if anyone has done anything like this your help would be appriciated! Thanks
