I have me a 80s Honda XL, and when I got it the carb was all gunked up and nasty. Anyway when I open the throttle and it's in 5th gear the highest speed I can get is 40mph (but I am not sure how accurate the speedmeter is) Is that the top speed of the xl200s, or is something bogging it down you think?
