What is the thread size for O2 sensor on a 99 Honda Civic?

I have a problem with the threads on the post catalytic converter O2 sonsor, apparently the last time an O2 sensor was installed it was cross threaded, and now that I need to replace it I cannot get the new one in because the threads have literally been smashed down (but not completely gone) so that the new thread will not grab the old threads. Basically I need to know what the thread size is for the O2 sensors so I can find a tap to clean the threads up. Since I have a California emmisions vehicle it would be a LOT cheaper than buying a new manifold/catalytic converter.

Also, if anyone has any suggestions on where to get a good tap that will work for this I'd appreciate it.
