...Police lied at your court trial? I obtained copies of my case file which I was convicted of thefts in Calif, and I found at least 20 lies that Police testified about as I reviewed the court transcripts over and over and found 100% proof that evidence that was presented in court by police were LIES and they are clearly written in the court transcripts but were not noticed at my court trial. I need to know what "Legal Term" is used in Calif when you want to seek an attorney's help in possibly going back into court to show a judge that due to "Tainted Evidence" and "Lies by Police Witnesses" denied me the right to a fair trial. My public defender in my case was not very effective in catching all the lies that were being said in court, but the court transcripts that I obtained clearly show the many lies and the proof is there in black and white. What is the legal term used to file for a Motion to have my case re-looked at so I can prove to a Judge that I did not get a fair trial and see if it is possible to get my charges and my case dismissed ?
