What is the term for people who break or short circut electronics without trying?

My boyfriend has gone through 6 phones since January and they just seem to randomly break or have some sort of technology error. I've read posts on telekinesis and things of that nature but it doesnt seem to fit whats going on. He cant move things, nor is he pyschic, but weird things happen when he's near electronics and it seems to get worse when he is under stress or angry...any ideas?
 
I've been searching for this myself. When I was younger, the computers I used at school would always freeze and I've gone through 6 or 7 digital cameras that I used for about 2 to 3 months and then would just quit working. I've had a few cell phones that randomly broke shortly after I got them and even now computers just misbehave when I'm around. My mom always jokes about it and says to stay away from her computer! I read that some people have higher magnetism or also static. I know I always get shocked, especially in winter. I haven't been able to find anything definite on this but I know for sure that I have something in me that messes with electronics, or just have really bad luck.
