Three years ago, I went to a dentist and had some cavities filled. To the best of my knowledge everything was paid between my out of pocket and insurance. I have no record of any outstanding balance. A few weeks ago, I received a phone call from TransWorld Systems saying that they were trying to collect a debt from the dental work that took place three years ago. Does anyone know what the Statute of Limitations are in Pennsylvania for collecting such a debt?
