The university of south fl is attempting to collect a old tuition bill from 10 plus years ago. I filed chapter 7 in 2009, and this bill was not on my credit report. Can they come after me? I told the collection person not to call this number anymore. I did not give him any info. he did try to trick me by giving the last 4 of soc sec number. I hung the phone up.
