California? What is the statute limitations of a car accident that happened in Sacramento, California on December 09,2006. The people I was in an accident with got an attorney on Nov 21, 2008, but I was just given my lawsuit July 5, 2009 can they still sue me and my insurance or it is to late for them to do anything to me???
