What is the squeeling sound under my Dodge Caravan?

I have this annoying squeeling sound whenever I am driving my 2008 Dodge Caravan. It only stops when I apply the brakes on the car, but it is squeeking continuously when I am driving that thing. Not much mileage on the car, as it only has 11,000 Km or 7,000 miles on it.
