There are many sports, exercises, routines, warm-ups, activities out there. Which activity really is healthy and good for you in working out each part of your body proportionally and causing rarely any damage? Meaning which activity there is good for your health and body and mind and spirit. For example: Like "Cycling" usually only focuses on your legs rapidly circulating and in time you can damage your legs do to so much forcein just that area of your body, "Track" can cause damge to do severe over running and outsprinting your hamstrings and knees, bones and joints in your legs and you can become paralized, and well I can go on. Because there are sports out there that only focus on using and overusing one part of the body which in time can cause really severe damage. So my question is which activity out there is good for you that focuses on all elements and parts of the body "equally" no more and no less, just all proportioned equally, not to much or to less of anything.
