I get this rat-tat-tat sound near radios, speakers, etc. when my phone is receiving or sending data to/from the network.

1. What the heck is this?
2. Is it specific to Nextel?
3. Is there anything I can do to minimize it?
 
all cell phones do it, its the radio wavez, wanna see something rally cool? place your phone under your monitor and watch the screen get all trippy
