What is the rule about "discussing" your performance on an ETS test?

I signed something at the ETS testing site saying that I am not allowed to discuss anything about the test. But I want to email ETS to ask them about a possible problem with it. Is this allowed?

What they are mainly concerned with is you sharing test questions and writing prompts with people who have not yet taken the tests, or worse yet, with test preparation companies. And obviously, they don't want you to share answers to questions or the contents of an essay response you wrote. I doubt that ETS would have a problem with you asking them about their own test, but if you're concerned, you could ask them if it's okay to ask, just as you did here.
