What is the role of an Urban Developer? I want to know because I'm considering studying to be an urban developer? Who do urban developers work for? major companies? clients? self employment?
Please, any urban developers out there? *esp explain if self employment is possible- because I think once I'm a qualified urban developer I will be able to buy land and build houses on them then sell them, am I right?
