What is the ring gear size for a `98 Ford E-350?

We need to replace the rear end of our company van I have been calling around to junkyards but they need to know if it is semi or full floating I believe it is semi floating but they also need to know the ring gear size how can I find that out without taking it to a mechanic

Should be a tab on the rear end.It will be on one of the bolts holding the ring and pinion gear in housing.
