what is the resale value for a 2009 honda pilot touring 4WD?

I want to sell this on craigslist, how much should I put it up for and what are some of its good qualities I can post
 
Resale value should be around $27,600 depending where you live. So give you a take a few hundred. I owuld probably make note of the quality fuel MPG for an SUV....its a good looking vehicle thats forsure. I was interested in looking up the Pilot, so I have a ton of infor on it.
