what is the recommended fluid for 1994 Ford Ranger 5speed manual

tranmission and capacity/? and where are they most likely to leak?oh it is 2wd and 3.0 engine.
 
80w90 gear oil, not sure of amount, subscribe to alldata or mitchell on demand and go have a look.
