what is the reason of Acne after 30

I'm 30 years old and I have an Acne problem which I didnt have when I was a teen!! ( I had a little acne but not like now) I want to know what is the reason of that coz I'm using creams and gel wash for my face and it takes long time to go and still new ones are appearing.

I heard it can be a problem in the hormones is that true?
 
I was the same, has spots when I was younger but nothing like what it is in my 30's. Suffered really bad neck and jaw acne, eliminated everything from my diet and just over the past month or so I have found my trigger...MILK. Lattes, cereal, all of it that I was drinking. Its the natural hormones in cows milk that put more hormones into my body. High hormone meat (bad meat)can also cause problems but milk was and is the culprit. Its horrible, I know all about it can be fixed. 2 years of awful skin and now I realise what has been doing it. I feel great as a result. Still have scaring form the old ones but not waking up with big boils anymore...and no more polonecks....

Acne could be a result of stress or hormone irabalance. You could try to apply neem or tea tree oil on the acne and clear it up.

I agree with Jarry, Milk has an awful effect on me. I get acne and a terrible cramping in my stomach. I used to love milk when I was younger.
