I'm not going to lie, I had to look to see where Portland, Fl is. I've never fished in that particular area and dont know anyone that has but this time of year the fishing is good. I fish throughout Florida including the panhandle and this time of year Seatrout, Redfish and Scallops and sharks are the main targets of most people.
