What is the protocol for an open house at a restaurant for a management position?

I am currently looking for a job and I have found several listings for open houses for local restaurants for management positions. I have never been to one of these, so I would like to know basically how they work and what I should expect.
 
been in mgt for 43 yrs, this is new to me too,

I would go but with GREAT skepticism.

expect nothing, be very casual and quiet.
