starting a registered business? I found a good product and good supplier to sell products on ebay for a profit. However, I work full time and go to school, and I don't want to be bothered with all of the red tape in starting a legitimate business, and paying lawyers and accounts and such to help me get through the mess of paperwork.
So what is the correct and legal way for someone like me to report my ebay income on my taxes? How does this effect my tax rate, will I be paying less or more by not being a legitimate business?
BTW my ebay income is $35,000 for 2009.
