What is the procedure to use one state bike to another state?.?

I have a bike which is registered at Tamil Nadu.All the documents are in proper(R.C,TAX,Insurance) except NOC. I want to use this bike in Hyderabad(A.P). I will be using this for next one year. I dont want to re-register again at A.P.I want to use it with same T.N Registration number. for this should i get N.O.C from Tamil Nadu.?. Please reply anybody with proper details.
