Unfortunately, Microsoft doesn't cut any slack for Media Center Edition, and you'll have to download the Adobe Flash Player just like everyone else.
You can do this by going to the Adobe site, and downloading Flash for free there.
However, if you plan on upgrading to a newer computer soon, October 22nd will be Windows Seven day, which will come with a Quicktime Player replacement, and perhaps an Adobe Flash with it.
