O Oscar New member Sep 17, 2010 #1 I paid $5.99 for an unlock code for the Nokia E63. I just got a refund because Unlock Factory claims it cannot generate an unlock code for a Nokia E63. I thought the E63 was a rather ordinary phone. Why is it so hard to get it unlocked?
