Your description doesn't have enough information. It could be a power steering problem or it could be something more serious. I wonder if you're having any fluid leaking problems? Also, what is your mileage, how is your gas usage, have you kept up regular oil changes, have you maybe hit a pothole that could have messed up your steering, drive shaft, etc.? Too many variables to diagnose.
