What is the pressure and/or speed of a cooking gas flame?

Hello,

I was trying to find some information about the flames on a gas stove. I would like to know at what pressure or speed the come out. I'm trying to model boiling water with CFD. Any other tips/info is also welcome :)

the gas coming out of the stove is at about 1/4 psi over the atmospheric pressure which is about 15 psi.
it's just enough to make sure it flows OUT of the pipes
