Hi, I spoke to Vodafone on the net via a messenger service and they said to dial 191 then option 1 and 2. The problem is my phone has broken and I'm stuck in my contract for 8 months and they refuse to do anything. Retentions are the most understanding department and the sales department couldn't care less and have the worst customer service I've ever received.
So... does anyone know the direct retentions number to call from a landline? Thanks.
