a 1988 Toyota Camry DX 4cyl? hi i bought this car for my younger brother it is his 1st car but when i brought it home i noticed this piece was carelessly and stupidly tied by a wire around the radiator hose pinching off the radiator hose idiot whoever did this so i got the wire and tied it to a more safer location by the air intake but where should it be/where was it originally? here is a picture http://s983.photobucket.com/albums/ae319/whatsthescoop1099/WHAT%20IS%20THIS%20PART/?action=view&current=DSCN0794.jpg
