What is the paper children's game that was popular in the 80's?

Ok this is probably really strange but what is this game called and how do you play it and make it. You make this origami type of thing that you hold with 4 fingers. Then the other person picks a number and a color and then you switch your fingers around. Then when you finish you lift up a flap and it tells you stuff. Please know what I'm talking about. Please help me!
 
I know what you are talking about and I know how to make it and play it but I don't know what it is called.
