...has a terminal brain tumor? It was a novel I read a while ago as a teenager that I found at the public library. Its about a young woman who graduates college. As she is giving her valedictorian speech she faints and wakes up at the hospital to find out she has a brain tumor that won't give her much time to live. She and her friends decide to go on their graduation cruise/trip to Europe (greece? maybe) and she falls in love with a guy there. They move back to the U.S. date, get married, etc. I can't find the title of the book online! I remember seeing on the cover that it was going to be made into a movie soon but I can't find anything of the like. I believe it also said Jennifer Love Hewitt loved the story.
