What is the name to this book??!?!?!?!?

the book is about a couple that wants to get pregnant. The husband is a doctor and when the wife gets pregnant he delivers the baby. But they find out that their going to have twins. When the wife is going to deliver, the husband finds out the one of te babies has down syndrome and tells the nurse to take it away, and tells his wife that the baby died and they keep the healthy one. HELP
