I read it a few years ago and can't remember the name of it to save my life. The author talks about this guy's life through letters that he sent the author from jail. They develop a relationship and talk a lot. The guy is in jail because he killed his family (wife and a few kids i think), and before that they had money problems or something, so they traveled and moved around a lot. I think he and his wife were mormon and he talked about that. Those are all the details I can remember. Thanks in advance.
