He was a tv personality in The Simpsons just like that Arnold Scwarzenegger actor. He always started with " Hi my name is_, and you may remember me from such and such movie". 'Nebody know who I'm talking about?

I believe you are referring to Rainier Luftwaffe Wolfcastle. He was cast as a parody of the real-life actor/politician Arnold Schwarzenegger. I almost thought it was Arnold too! Funny stuff.
