What is the name of this Sega Genesis Game?

The game begins and a van crashes and you jump out of it.
Then your character, a man, starts shooting. At the end of the first level you fight a boss. He's like a giant robot. You can play two players on it.
 
aww man i have that game but i cant find it. i will look in the attic and email you when i find it. ok?
