I used to play a game on my computer where these little things with faces (they also made sounds) would hang down from the ceiling & you would shoot at them, trying to keep them from reaching the bottom. It was similar to a bubble shooter-type game & it's an older game with a one-word title. Please, somebody help me remember it before I go nuts trying to think of it!
The faces were different colors @ I think they turned into skulls if you let them reach the bottom. You shot at them with a little straight thing.
