What is the name of this part on a Honda Accord and where can I find it?

I recently bought an '06 Honda Accord from a friend and he took off the door that goes underneath the stereo to cover up the large center storage area in front of the shift knob and under the stereo. What is this part called and where can I find it? My friend lost the part. It's an Ex, 4-door.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I looked on a few websites that sell what seems like every part except this one! Thanks!!
