I got one from an auntie that now lives in America. She got it from Germany back in about 1991. It was for me. I gave it to my Dad though as when I got older I did not like it and found it quite scary. I just came across it the other day in a box a saw it again though. It is a drunken man but it looks like a clown to me. You press it and he goes funny and his hands and head drop down. It is wearing a red top with green trousers. It has a blue hat on which suppose to be an ice packet on its head as it is a drunken man. It also has a black circle thing a the bottom which I think you use to press it down to do the head and arms dropping thing. I don't know the name of that German toy. those are all the clues though. Here they are again just to remind you.

3. There is a black circle button to press it down to make it do the action
4. When you press it his head and hands drop down to make it look as if he is drunk
5. You probably could only buy one of these in Germany back in 1991
