There is a guy with post traumatic stress disorder remembering a traumatic event where he was being pushed through a hall on a stretcher and about to have an experiment done on him and he can see the people who have had the experiment done on them and they're all mutated and begging for help.

What's the name of the movie?
I'm not sure if the guy have PTSD or not but he's remembering the event in the movie I think.
